I am a fully qualified, advanced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with over 25 years of counselling experience and over 20 years in ministry.

I remember carrying the weight of ministry, preparing sermons, teaching bible study all whilst managing my family, grieving the loss of loved ones, managing and dealing with health challenges. I felt as if I was dying inside. I was emotionally depleted. I did not have a safe confidential space to talk about what I was going through. I felt overwhelmed. Yes, I know that I was called by God and was obedient to the call. However, this didn’t prevent me from feeling anointed yet alone.
